Job Summary
Receive, record, and sort donated goods according to Kaizen guidelines and processing standards. Maintain full compliance with Kaizen principles, audits, and 5-minute drill requirements while meeting established production goals. Assist across all areas of production, including cross-training to cover additional duties as needed. Support donation intake, merchandising, cleaning, and other tasks assigned by supervisors. Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with donors, staff, and team members. Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds
- Sufficient mobility to turn, bend, kneel, lean, and reach to perform processing duties on the sales floor and in the backroom
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Willing to work in environments where temperatures and climate may fluctuate
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as needed
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow processing and pricing guidelines as outlined by the Kaizen system and pricing guide
