Job Summary
Conduct patient and new hire lab testing, including outpatient and employee blood draws, specimen handling, labeling, and preparation for reference lab shipping. Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, and mailing/faxing patient reports. Requires 1-2 years of recent phlebotomy experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and knowledge of hospital and federal patient safety regulations. Must have transportation to the off-site patient service center. Base pay ranges from $23.73 to $35.60 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years recent phlebotomy experience
- HS Diploma/GED
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Must have transportation to report to our off site patient service center to draw bloods
