Job Summary
The Central Pay Specialist supports daily Central Pay operations, onboarding of pharmacy customers, payment inquiries, reconciliation, and funds management with PBMs and vendor partners to ensure timely, accurate payments. Responsibilities include coordinating implementation for pharmacy customer enrollment, ensuring accurate payments, resolving payment issues, collaborating with sales teams, vendor partners, and PBMs, providing customer support for account setup and payments, monitoring for security risks, outreach for delinquent accounts, and documenting processes. Requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a hybrid work model (in-office Wednesday and Thursday). Shift is 7am–5pm PDT, Monday–Friday. Education requires a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1+ year of related experience preferred. Skills include PBM/PSAO background, Excel/Office proficiency, and ability to convey analysis results clearly.
