Central Ops - Lead

Lead Central Operations for a pan-India offline retail network: own the backend operating system to define store operations, compliance verification, and rollout of technology across thousands of stores. Drive Store Technology & AI implementation (including CCTV-based footfall measurement and AI-based store cleanliness monitoring), define and standardize backend SOPs (COCO, FOFO, HOB formats), design and own audit frameworks and corrective actions, manage change across the network (visual merchandising resets, launches, readiness), monitor store inventory and shrinkage with cross-functional partners, oversee store refits and new-store openings, drive training compliance and consequences for non-adherence, and manage day-to-day FOFO operations and incentive releases. Requires 6–9 years in retail operations or operational excellence, experience defining SOPs, audits/compliance, and cross-functional leadership, exposure to retail technology deployment (CCTV analytics, AI monitoring, store systems), and a graduate degree with MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent work experience.
