Job Summary
Regional Sales Manager for National Accounts in the QSR channel. Drive service and sales growth with national restaurant groups, expanding the product portfolio and overseeing internal interactions with clients (Demand Planning, R&D, Accounts Receivable, Marketing, Procurement). Responsibilities include direct sales calls, building and maintaining relationships with multi-location accounts, arranging meetings with decision makers, advising on pricing strategy, monitoring orders for timely fulfillment, conducting business reviews with internal stakeholders, and communicating progress and needs to upper management. Requires 1-4 years of sales experience with regional/national restaurant groups, ability to travel up to 40%, and a Bachelor’s degree; strong contract negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of the poultry industry are valued. The role is primarily remote with travel to customer sites or industry events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years’ sales experience with regional and national restaurant groups
- Knowledge in managing and growing relationships with major national brands, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share
- Strong ability to negotiate contracts, forecast and collaborate with cross functional teams
- General understanding of market drivers in the poultry industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a large organization
- Ability to travel up to 40% as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and 1-4 years sales experience with regional and national restaurant groups
