Job Summary
Mix, shape, bake, wrap, and stock tortilla products while executing daily production lists and maintaining strict sanitation standards in the production area. Ensure quality control of all goods before sending them to the sales floor, monitor shrink, and manage back storage, freezer, and walk-in organization. Read and follow daily production schedules, order and receive supplies, and maintain transfer records. Provide customer service by answering questions, taking phone orders, and preparing samples for self-serve stations. Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales. This part-time role includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands involving lifting moderate to heavy loads.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to include days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work overnight
- Flexible schedules (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads (minimum of 50 lbs.)
- Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull
