Job Summary
Mix, shape, bake, wrap, and stock products while ensuring quality control before items reach the sales floor. Maintain sanitation and organization across the department, freezer, walk-in, and production areas. Read and execute daily production lists, monitor shrink, and manage product orders and transfer records. Prep, wrap, price, sell, and stock products continuously, providing customer service by answering questions, taking phone orders, and preparing samples. Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales. Work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting moderate to heavy loads.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with commercial production
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and preparation of baking goods
- Lift and carry moderate to heavy loads (minimum of 50 lbs.)
- Bend, reach, push, and pull
- Ability to work overnight and flexible schedules (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
