Mix, shape, bake, wrap, and stock products while ensuring quality control before items reach the sales floor. Maintain sanitation and organization across the department, freezer, walk-in, and production areas. Execute daily production lists, monitor shrink, and manage product transfers. Prep, price, sell, and stock items continuously, including preparing customer samples. Provide customer service by answering questions and taking phone orders. Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales. Work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lift moderate to heavy loads and handle stressful situations.
