Job Summary
Mix, shape, bake, wrap, and stock products while ensuring quality control before sending items to the sales floor. Read and execute daily production lists, maintain sanitation and organization in back storage, freezers, and production areas, and monitor shrink. Calculate weights, discounts, and volumes; order and receive supplies; and prepare customer samples for self-serve. Provide customer service by answering questions, taking phone orders, and using suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales. Requires 2-5 years of related experience with commercial production skills. Ability to work overnight and flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to inform customers about ingredients
- Lift and carry moderate to heavy loads (minimum of 50 lbs.)
- Bend, reach, push, and pull
- Ability to work overnight and flexible schedules (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
