Job Summary

CENTRAL KITCHEN-NPD SUPERVISOR leads and manages the NPD/Ready-to-Eat section in the central kitchen, driving efficient production of new and existing product lines while ensuring high standards of quality and food safety. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen operatives to meet production targets, optimizing workflow and processing variables, implementing process improvements, and fostering a high-performance team culture. The role enforces HACCP and safety compliance, conducts regular safety and QA audits, ensures adherence to approved recipes and SOPs, and maintains accurate production records. You will oversee daily production schedules, coordinate with NPD, QA, and Dispatch/Logistics teams to ensure timely supply to stores/regions, and manage inventory and batch documentation. Required knowledge includes food safety/hygiene standards, kitchen operations, recipe standardization, and familiarity with QSR industry processes. Educational requirement is a university degree in a related field, with 3-4 years of relevant experience; professional certifications are acceptable.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Hospitality Management or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar kitchen/food production role
  • Possession of any relevant professional certification acceptable
