Job Summary
Senior-level Central Fill Pharmacy Technician Production Team Lead responsible for acting as a working lead for production activities, guiding and training team members, and supporting daily operations under supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge/Group Supervisor. Demonstrates safety-minded leadership, serves as subject-matter expert for production line software/hardware, partners with maintenance and IT to troubleshoot, triages issues and escalations with internal teams and outside vendors, and may work on the production line within licensure. Maintains the pharmacy system and technologies to ensure uptime for counting, conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions; participates in facilities maintenance; drives continuous process improvements for team direction, workflow, and efficiency; collaborates with site leadership; ensures compliance with all regulations and policies; and completes special projects as assigned. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacy Technician License in the Central Fill home state
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information
