Job Summary
Central Expansion Lead accountable for end-to-end market-entry across countries, owning the playbook, regulatory and entity setup, and cross-market orchestration to launch new markets on time and to the same standard. You will build the expansion function from scratch, manage regulatory, legal, and operational runbooks, coordinate central and local teams, translate field learnings into product inputs, and drive faster, smarter launches with a lean central team. Requires a real track record launching markets at pace (2+ markets), 5+ years in expansion/operations/consulting at scale, and strong program-management and stakeholder skills. Based in Amsterdam, London, or New York with regular travel to hubs; fintech/payments/B2B tech and regulated vertical experience strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in market expansion, operations, or consulting at a company actively scaling into multiple new markets simultaneously
- track record of launching markets end-to-end (2+ markets)
- strong program driver with multiple parallel workstreams
- analytically sharp and decisive
- comfortable drafting playbooks and unblocking operators
- commercial judgment on market entry
- strong stakeholder management across internal and external counterparties
