Job Summary
Support the Central Demand Planning EMEA team in executing the monthly S&OP cycle to align demand with supply and financial targets. Validate data, track performance, and contribute to building and maintaining statistical forecasts to ensure accurate projections. Analyze forecast variances, collaborate with cross-functional teams on business drivers, and prepare reports for S&OP meetings. Assist in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc analyses related to demand planning. This curricular internship offers full accountability on a project within a leading global appliance manufacturer, featuring a 6-month duration, 900€ monthly reimbursement, and exposure to the company's 24 million annual production capacity across European sites.
Required Qualifications
- Currently studying a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Analytical mindset and proactive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
- Capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-changing business context with multiple priorities.
- Curiosity and growth mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with data analysis or forecasting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
