Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and make appropriate outgoing calls for all retail pharmacy patients and customers. Communicate with all locations regarding customer issues as they arise per company policies and procedures. Provide prescription processing and call center services to support a customer-centric pharmacy team. Maintain superb organization skills and attention to detail while delivering outstanding customer service. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy is a family-owned company with over 100 years of experience, committed to exceeding expectations and building relationships with patients.
