Job Summary
Central Bank Governance Specialist responsible for overseeing Northern Trust’s central bank payment scheme adherence and governance. Acts as subject-matter expert on payment schemes (e.g., Nacha ACH, CHIPS, Fedwire/FedLINE, CHAPS, RITS, SEPA) and ensures rule updates are mapped into processes, with robust preventative and detective controls. Works with Control, Resiliency, Regulatory Oversight, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams; collaborates with stakeholders to manage incidents, audits, and regulatory examinations; analyzes MI/data to measure performance and drive improvements. Requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with Microsoft 365 tools and data-driven reporting. Hybrid working model in Tempe, AZ. Bonus for relevant industry qualifications.
