Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of storefronts, sidewalks, and parking areas while observing and reporting suspicious activity or policy violations. Immediately report criminal activity, emergencies, or observed merchandise concealment to management and local authorities as directed. Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports, cooperate with emergency responders, and assist store staff while maintaining strict professional boundaries. Arrive on time in full uniform with all required equipment, including the active California BSIS Guard Card, and adhere to all company and state policies.
