Job Summary
Provide support to ensure that the needs of the Center clients are served, including checking in guests, distributing linens, maintaining guest logs, and completing reports as needed. Enforce building and program rules while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Essential skills include customer service, teamwork, decision-making, and the ability to work independently without direct supervision. Previous experience with individuals with high needs and CPR certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Previous work experience in programs that work with individuals with higher levels of need
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certified
- 2 years of customer service experience
