Ensure compliance with all federal, state laws, and Celebree standards, and manage childcare operations from scheduling to financial management and documentation. Deliver exceptional customer service via thorough tours, welcoming environments, and accessible parent meetings. Assist in the classroom during lunch breaks and cover duties when teachers are out.
