Support the School Director with team growth through comprehensive training, build a school community by attracting families and fostering positive relationships, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and Celebree standards. Manage childcare operations from scheduling to financial management and documentation, deliver exceptional customer service via thorough tours and welcoming environments, and assist in classrooms during lunch breaks or when teachers are out. Lead new company initiatives while maintaining licensing compliance and operational records. This role is ideal for an experienced Lead Teacher transitioning into administrative responsibilities under the guidance of school leadership.
