Oversee center operations and staff in production areas, supervise employee performance and scheduling, lead inventory control, address donor concerns, analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events, and perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens requiring prolonged glove wear
