Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a BioLife plasma donation center, supervise production-area staff, manage scheduling and inventory control, resolve donor concerns, analyze opportunities from non-conforming events, and perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas; foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts to support donor care and center performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
- Frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear is required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
