Job Summary
Provide coverage for one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy, including implementing behavioral plans, collecting data to monitor treatment progress, and supporting BCBA with family training. Own day-to-day center operations in the Center Manager's absence by managing opening and closing procedures, maintaining room scheduling, overseeing pickup and drop-off, and ensuring safety. Assist with routine housekeeping duties to ensure smooth running of the center. This role supports our behavioral health organization's mission to provide expert treatment and compassionate, child-centered care for children on the autism spectrum.
Required Qualifications
- Active BACB RBT certification
- ABA methodology knowledge and experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
