Job Summary
Lead ordering, inventory management, and merchandising execution across the Grocery Department while maintaining strong in-stock conditions, pricing accuracy, and disciplined shrink control. Align staffing and scheduling with traffic patterns, delivery cycles, and seasonal demand to ensure aisles remain clean, safe, and organized. Proactively identify operational and safety risks, coach team members on accountability, and resolve shopper concerns with professionalism. Partner with Marketing, Production, and Category teams to execute promotions and implement assortment strategies consistently. This hands-on leadership role blends operational execution, people development, and customer engagement within a community-owned cooperative focused on strengthening the local food system.
Required Qualifications
