Job Summary
Center Store Team Lead responsible for merchandising, ordering, product movement, stocking, pricing, rotation, inventory control, returns, and supervising Non-Perishable Departments in the Manager’s absence. May assume opening/closing Manager on Duty duties. Works with Corporate Merchandiser and Packaged Goods Manager; requires 35+ hours weekly with availability nights/weekends. In-store responsibilities include customer relations, housekeeping, and general supervision; promotes teamwork and consistent store standards. Located in Wadsworth, OH; in-person role with hourly pay and potential benefits. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Availability: 35+hrs a week including nights and weekends
- Previous Experience: A Senior customer service clerk familiar with Non-Foods and Grocery. Retailing Preferred But Not Required -- We Will Train.
- Physical Demands: Lifting, Carrying, Bending, Stooping, Pulling And Pushing With Repetitive Lifting To 50#, Occasional Lifting To 80#.
- Must be promotable.
