Center Store Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Grocery, Refrigerated, Frozen, Wellness, Beer, and Wine departments, managing staff, merchandising, inventory levels, and product quality. Utilize HL software and ordering systems to handle replenishment buying and inventory management while monitoring store performance across multiple departments. Partner with Department Assistant Managers to maintain appropriate inventory levels and product assortment, and foster an exceptional guest experience through genuine, compassionate service. Support and develop team members while promoting continuous quality improvement initiatives to drive sales goals and budget expectations. Full-time role with flexible scheduling, weekend and holiday availability required, located at 3065 Route 50, Saratoga Springs, NY.
