Job Summary
Receive, unload, and stack merchandise in the back room. Fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays on the sales floor. Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered. Handle spoiled or damaged products per established guidelines. Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked departments. Follow all PPE, safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines. May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs. This role requires a high school diploma (GED) preferred, retail experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- Retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail oriented
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- May bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
