Center Store 3rd Shift Stocker

Job Summary
Stock and organize aisles across grocery, frozen, dairy, general merchandise, wine & spirits, and health & beauty departments using first-in-first-out rotation. Unload product deliveries, maintain organized stock rooms, and ensure proper product presentation on shelves and in cases. Greet guests, assist with locating items, and resolve concerns promptly while keeping sales floors clean and sanitized. Monitor store conditions to address areas for improvement and maintain accurate inventory levels and pricing. Collaborate with Center Store leadership and team members to uphold standards. This role includes cashier duties, store closing support, and operates primarily during evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse crew in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough understanding of, and willingness to learn all safety requirements and company safety policies (including proper lifting techniques, box cutter safety, etc.)
- Ability to learn and use various systems, including Point-Of-Sale register system
- Ability to learn and safely use the following equipment: power jack, walk behind lift, WAV, baler, compactor
- Must possess the ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Work in a cooler, walk in the store; bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Full range of upper body motion in order to lift product
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods of time
- Must possess functional sensory abilities in order to visually monitor the store, create attractive displays, and to operate equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis
- Working in varying temperatures and humidity levels, moving between temperature-controlled areas, freezers, coolers, and the receiving area
- Maintain regular, timely attendance in accordance with the work schedule
- Provide adequate notice for replacements when needed for occasional absences
