Job Summary
Lead quality programs by overseeing inspections, audits, and corrective action plans to keep the center audit-ready with industry and government regulations. Provide independent oversight through quality checks and documentation separate from daily operations. Improve processes by tracking trends, analyzing data, and implementing plans to increase efficiency and reduce risk. Oversee staff training to ensure compliance with new policies and procedures while supporting the Center Director on safety and operational excellence. Maintain objectivity and accountability within a high-growth organization requiring day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a regulated or process-driven environment (e.g., manufacturing, clinical, or business settings)
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
- Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed
