Job Summary
As a Center Quality Manager I, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as industry standards, while operating independently from the plasma center Operations. Your responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes, conducting audits and inspections, and maintaining current knowledge of relevant regulations. You will perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and prepare for monthly QA meetings. This role requires strong knowledge in quality assurance and regulatory standards, alongside effective leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in a Quality Assurance role required
- Demonstrated knowledge of FDA, EMA, ISO, and other regulatory standards applicable to plasma collection and handling required
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams required
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required
- Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality control processes preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in office software
