Job Summary
Lead quality programs by overseeing inspections, audits, and corrective action plans to keep the center audit-ready with industry and government regulations. Provide independent oversight of quality checks and documentation separate from daily operations, while supporting the Center Director to maintain safety and operational excellence. Improve processes by tracking trends, analyzing data, and implementing plans to increase efficiency and reduce risk. Oversee staff training and knowledge to ensure compliance with new policies and procedures. This role requires 3+ years of experience in regulated environments, with the ability to lift 50 lbs., work in cold environments, and cover day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. You will also complete 8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations provided.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a regulated or process-driven environment (e.g., manufacturing, clinical, or business settings)
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
- Ability to work day and evening hours, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed
