Job Summary
Assess patient therapeutic status, develop treatment plans, and modify them based on progress to restore physical functions. Instruct patients on exercises and home programs while maintaining open communication with referring physicians. Manage day-to-day clinic operations, oversee staff including physical therapists and technicians, and ensure legal and medical compliance. Offer analysis and suggestions to develop ancillary service policies and determine productivity procedures. Treat team members and patients with dignity and respect. Maintain open communication with the patient and referring physician (when applicable) regarding the patient's plan of care and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California PT license required (or license in progress)
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
