Job Summary
As a Center Operations Manager II at Octapharma Plasma, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, facilitating internal and external inspections, and collaborating on quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. You will oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment, manage inventory, and assist in achieving targeted production goals. The role includes providing feedback on employee performance, participating in employment decisions, and fostering a positive culture within the center. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred along with 1-3 years of relevant supervisory experience and people management.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience
- 1-3 years of people management experience including recruiting and training
- Trained in all production areas
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
