Job Summary
Oversee compliance with state and federal regulations within the plasma collection center, ensuring high production standards and safety. Manage quality improvement initiatives, perform preventive maintenance on equipment, and assist with employee performance evaluations and hiring decisions. Foster a positive environment, maintain efficient operation, and ensure achievement of production goals. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, 1-3 years of related experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Trained in all production areas.
- 1-3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of people management required including recruiting, training, etc.
- Strong communication, organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
Desired Qualifications
- Background in financial management and/or budgeting preferred.
