Job Summary
The Center Operations Manager I is responsible for providing employee performance evaluations, supporting hiring and termination processes, and maintaining a positive work culture. This role involves conducting training in compliance with regulatory standards, overseeing preventive equipment maintenance, optimizing processes, and supporting marketing initiatives. Candidates should have strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 12 months of relevant experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent (GED) with 12 months applicable experience
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions required
- Strong communication, organizational, planning skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred
- Up to 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting, training, etc.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred
