Job Summary
As a Center Operations Manager I, you will be responsible for employee performance evaluations, hiring decisions, and fostering a positive culture within the donor center. You will act as a Designated Trainer, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and assessing the progress of new hires. Key responsibilities include overseeing equipment maintenance, identifying process optimizations, and supporting marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a track record in operations and people management, with at least a high school diploma and relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) with 12 months applicable experience
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions required
- Effective communication and organizational skills required
- Ability to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts and periodically after hours
Desired Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred
- Up to 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting, training, etc.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred
