Job Summary
Operational leader for a brand-new Richmond clinic launching day-one operations; oversee facilities, scheduling, workflows, and the overall operational health of the site; partner closely with clinical leadership to support clinic growth, staffing, and service delivery; lead onboarding and development of front-office staff and RBTs; drive efficiency, standards, and a welcoming family experience through structured processes and clear accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare operations, facilities management, or office management in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing facilities, workflows, and day-to-day operations (healthcare, therapy, medical, or similar setting strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to be fully on-site and serve as a visible leader within the clinic
