Job Summary
Center Operations & Growth Manager leads enrollment growth and client experience at the Irving Class 101 center. Responsibilities include developing a rolling 90-day growth and enrollment plan, generating qualified leads through partnerships and events, conducting family consultations and converting prospective families to enrolled clients, tracking enrollment activity in the CRM, and collaborating on pricing and collections. Also plans and supports monthly events (workshops, FAFSA nights, bootcamps, webinars), coordinates digital event logistics, builds relationships with schools and nonprofits, supports newsletters and local marketing, and oversees enrollment, payment, and scheduling processes while maintaining records and ensuring timely parent communication. Leads and coaches advisors and coordinators, facilitates team check-ins, assists with onboarding and training, and provides weekly lead/admission metrics and monthly performance summaries with improvement ideas. Qualifications emphasize experience in education services or enrollment-focused roles, comfort with parents, strong organizational and event coordination skills, CRM familiarity, and a passion for helping students and families.
