Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations at the Memphis center to accelerate financial success and guide administrative teams. Cultivate relationships with schools, physicians, and health systems to expand access to ABA services for children with autism. Oversee Board Certified Behavior Analysts, conduct weekly family meetings, and resolve client issues promptly while securing accurate insurance reimbursement through rigorous authorization and billing oversight. Motivate staff through annual evaluations and goal setting to improve performance and professional growth. Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of management experience, including supervisory responsibility
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with ABA Therapy
- Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with organizational management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Superior project, planning, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
