Center Operations Director – ABA Services

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations at the Albuquerque Sunport center to accelerate financial success and facility growth. Cultivate relationships with schools, physicians, and health systems to expand access to ABA services for children with autism. Lead Board Certified Behavior Analysts, oversee Authorizations Management and Billing for insurance reimbursement, and ensure smooth on-boarding for new families through weekly meetings. Resolve family issues promptly and motivate staff via annual evaluations and goal setting. This role supports a Monday-Friday schedule with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of management experience, including supervisory responsibility
- Experience with ABA Therapy
- Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with organizational management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Superior project, planning, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
