Center of Excellence Program Coordinator (120 day assignment)

Job Summary
Coordinate logistics for COE webinars, coaching calls, and technical assistance sessions, including scheduling, managing invitations, and tracking RSVPs. Draft webinar announcements, reminder emails, and outreach communications to mentees and grantees for review. Maintain program trackers, contact lists, and the COE resource library while organizing project files and documentation. Take notes during meetings, capture action items, and prepare meeting summaries for distribution. Assist with data collection for quarterly grant reporting and prepare spreadsheets for leadership review. Build and distribute surveys, compile response results, and update resource inventories. This 120-day temporary assignment allows COE leadership to focus on technical assistance and program strategy. The role requires an Associate degree in Business, Public Health, or Communications, with 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit or healthcare operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business, Public Health, or Communications
- 3-5 years working for non-profit or health care agencies in a supportive administrative role
- Experience managing detailed schedules and event planning
- Demonstrated evidence of professional business correspondence
- Diplomatic composure and ability to work effectively in high-speed environments

- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
