Job Summary
The COE Lead will oversee a multidisciplinary team specializing in Payroll, Workday Operations, Analytics, DEI, Talent Acquisition, and Learning Operations. Key responsibilities include providing vision and direction to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience, managing end-to-end Payroll on Workday, supporting HRSS teams with Tier-1 technical issues, driving data-driven decision-making through analytics, and ensuring compliance with DEI standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong Workday knowledge, leadership experience, and expertise in Instructional Design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in HR, Payroll, Talent, or related domains
- 4-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Workday systems
- Proven track record in leading diverse teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
