Center Nurse Executive

Oversee day-to-day operations of nursing practice, direct patient care activities, and clinical education while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Assess nursing team member engagement, support career development, and apply corrective discipline when performance issues arise. Determine staffing models and workforce needs to meet patient demands, collaborating with departments to ensure safe, effective care. Maintain knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory requirements, including the False Claims Act and HIPAA, while promoting adherence to compliance standards. Employs a strong Quality Improvement process and participates on the QI Committee to enhance service excellence. Requires a valid California RN license, BLS certification, and three years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
