Job Summary
Center Medical Specialist role at Grifols Plasma Center requiring licensure/certification as RN, LPN, LVN, Paramedic, or EMT; perform donor screening, medical history reviews, evaluate donor suitability, provide donor education, manage donor injuries/adverse events, administer Hepatitis Vaccine program, train staff, and ensure donor/staff confidentiality. Responsibilities include evaluating illness history, counseling on test results, and operating in a plasma center environment with exposure to biological fluids and lab equipment. Required Qualifications
- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT.
