Job Summary
Perform physical examinations and establish medical history to determine donor suitability; build rapport with donors to ensure overall satisfaction; ensure donor and staff confidentiality; educate donors regarding general health and potential hazards; evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events; assist in employee training; administer Hepatitis Vaccine program; ensure compliance with state licensure requirements (LPN/LVN) and CPR certification; contribute to donor counseling and education, and support a comprehensive benefits package and career growth within Grifols’ plasma donation centers.
Required Qualifications
- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse with CPR certification required.
