Job Summary
Perform physical examinations and establish medical history to determine donor suitability; build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction; ensure donor and staff confidentiality; provide donor education and counseling regarding health and test results; evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events; assist in employee training; administer Hepatitis Vaccine program; locate in Grifols plasma donation centers (Iowa City or Oxford, IA) and provide nursing care to donors as part of a plasma-derived medicine-focused healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse with CPR certification required.
