Perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability for plasma donation centers. Build rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction while ensuring confidentiality and educating individuals regarding general health and counseling for unacceptable test results. Evaluate and manage donor injuries, adverse events, and histories of illness or medications to maintain continued donor suitability. Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program and assist in employee training. Perform evaluations of donor awareness regarding potential hazards and work independently within guidance of oral or written instructions.
