Job Summary
Maintain operational excellence while leading a high-performing team in day-to-day dialysis center operations. Coordinate patient care quality and treatments by facilitating care with Satellite employees, MDs, and other representatives. Demonstrate a high standard of care and compassion in every patient interaction while educating and mentoring staff members. Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized experiences that improve quality of living for those with kidney disease.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state's Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL)
