Center Manager

Manage overall operations of the Lifeline Vascular Access Center, including quality assurance, patient care, financial management, and safety compliance with OSHA and Joint Commission standards. Support the clinical team to deliver high-quality outcomes while ensuring adherence to all state, federal laws, and company policies. Facilitate communication between Lifeline and practicing physicians, acting as the primary relationship manager for clinical partnerships and community dialysis facilities. Oversee teammate employment activities, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions, while maintaining inventory, equipment status, and center budgets. Present monthly financial information to physicians and collaborate on billing services. Requires a Bachelor's degree, BLS certification, and ACLS within the first year.
