Job Summary
Lead daily clinic operations for our outpatient orthopaedic and sports physical therapy center in Nashua, NH, ensuring an outstanding patient experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and referral partners while driving clinic growth through community engagement and outreach. Monitor performance metrics, implement continuous improvement strategies, and expand the team of talented physical therapists and assistants. Partner with philanthropic programs to give back to the community and participate in industry-leading continuing education. This role requires a licensed physical therapist with a passion for rehabilitation and a proactive leadership mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Desire to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
