Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy center and uphold executive decisions while managing physician relationships and patient portfolios. Utilize the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers for optimal patient outcomes. Expand and develop a team of talented physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community and participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities. This role is full-time, Monday-Friday in Norwich, CT, with compensation up to $110,000/year and a sign-on bonus up to $10k.
